Payment Options

When you are ready to purchase your Multimedia products you will have all of the following options available. (You can place your order online without making payment straight away, although no product will be distributed until payment is received in full.)

Simply choose your products from the Online Catalogue, add all products to your cart, then select the freight method and select 'checkout'. Fill in your details, and you will be given all the details for making payment. It's that simple!

N.B. If your business has an account, please let us know in the 'Comments' box after the 'Check Out' section. You will then be invoiced. If you do not have an account your products will only be sent after payment has been received in full.

Online Payment
Pay online using Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard.
Telephone
Pay by phone 24 hour-a-day using the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) payment service with Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard.
BPAY
Available through any supporting Bank, Building Society or Financial Institution. Use Phone Banking or Internet Banking to pay with Cheque, Savings or Credit Card account.
Australia Post
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or debit card at any Post Office, or with credit or debit card by phone or via www.postbillpay.com.au
Coles & Newsagencies*
Pay by credit or debit card at selected Coles ServiceATMs and selected newsagents. For locations and contact numbers please visit www.billexpress.com.au. If you plan to use Amex or Diners at a newsagent we recommended that you call the newsagent in advance to ensure that they accept Amex or Diners cards.
Heritage Building Society
Present your bill at any Heritage Building Society branch to make payment by cash or cheque. Please visit www.heritageonline.com.au for a list of branch locations.
Payments made will show up on your statement as "StrataPay".
